A Cherry Bakewell Cup of Yorkshire Tea

You'll need
- 1 tea bag of Yorkshire Tea Cherry Bakewell Brew
- 200ml freshly boiled water (100C)
- Optional: a splash of milk, or a little honey
Method
- Boil fresh water and pour it over the bag at a full 100C. It is black tea, so it wants the heat.
- Steep for 3 to 4 minutes to draw out the flavour.
- Lift out the bag. Try it black first to taste it properly.
- Add a splash of milk for a softer, cake and custard cup, or a little honey to play up the sweetness.
- A drop of almond extract or a splash of cherry juice lifts it even further.
