 Method
 
 Brew 1 bag each of Tropical Sun Peppermint and Cinnamon, 20 Tea Bags 30g, Twinings Apple and Pear Green Tea, 20 Tea Bags 40g &rarr.
 And Dilmah Ceylon Pure Green Loose Leaf Tea, 100g &rarr.
 In 400ml of just boiled water for 6 minutes, cool.
 Combine in a large jug with 12 muddled fresh mint leaves, the juice of 2 limes, 2 tablespoons of clear honey and 600ml of sparkling water.
 Serve over crushed ice.
 Garnish with extra mint and a slice of lime.
