Iris joined us last month to run the café and wholesale side of the business. Previously at Brodies of Edinburgh where she ran their independent-café programme. The café arm grew 40% in her first eight weeks. She has very strong opinions about consistency.

Brodies of Edinburgh is a family-owned Scottish tea blender that supplies a chunk of UK hospitality, including a long-standing independent-café programme. Iris ran that programme for several years before joining us, which means she knows where support actually breaks down for a small operator.
