Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, Royal Mail tracked.
We deliver to the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and most European countries.
Europe: Royal Mail International Tracked, from £25. The price depends on the country and parcel weight and is shown at checkout.

Unopened, sealed tea can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Opened packets cannot be returned on hygiene grounds unless something is wrong with them; contact teas.co.uk and the team will help.
Faulty or damaged items: contact teas.co.uk within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return reaches teas.co.uk.
