## Description

Teas.co.uk is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard recognised under the UK Equality Act 2010 (reasonable adjustments duty) and, for customers in the EU, the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549).
What we do

Semantic, well-structured headings and landmarks throughout the catalogue and wiki.
Descriptive alt text on product and editorial imagery.
Keyboard-operable navigation, search and checkout.
Colour contrast targeted at WCAG AA (4.5:1 for normal text).
Plain-English product and brewing guidance.

Known limitations
We are actively reviewing the site. Some older editorial pages and third-party embedded content may not yet fully conform; we remediate issues as we find them and welcome reports.
Feedback & contact
If you encounter any accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, email hello@teas.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with our response, UK users can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS); EU users may contact their national accessibility enforcement body.
This statement was prepared on 4 June 2026 and is reviewed regularly.
